• Hot Sounds In The City

A unique, smooth sounding Texas country singer-songwriter, Copperhead Jones first started writing songs in 2012 while deployed with the United States Navy.

Living in various places throughout his adult life has given him the ability to write songs that cover not only the true feel of the country way of life but also the shine of the city lights atmosphere. Well rounded, deep thinking and heartfelt lyrics, along with his own unique sound, not only crafted the foundation for the album but also bridges the gap between any state line boundaries of music.

What hot sounds in the city should fans be listening to of yours right now? I would say "No One Givin' Up" has been a fan favorite but it all depends on what style you prefer. On my debut album I go from traditional country, to country rock, rockabilly, to blues country. How has the reception been to new music? Everyone seems to really be enjoying this album and the streams have been growing exponentially so I would say the proof is in the pudding so to speak. What are you looking forward to most when you perform in front of an audience this year?

I am really looking forward to making real connections with people. I want to speak to people with my music and I love conversing with them after a show or in between sets. What was the intention set for your music? The intention set for my music was to give people a good balance of a unique yet familiar sound while telling stories about my life. What was the most important message to impart with your music? The most important message to impart with my music is to self reflect often but dont stew in the past. Take notice of it, grow from it, and move forward because this life has way more to offer in your future than your past. How do you want your fans to treat themselves after listening to your music? I want my fans to treat themselves to a good BBQ and a cold beer and think about how the music makes them feel and what the emotional rollercoaster was like. What is a song of yours that you have on repeat right now to set the mood for 2022? I am putting "Cold Beers and Tight Lines' on repeat as it is such a fun song that makes so many good memories for me.
